what you you think about the pipe prep tools the ones that look like pipe slice?

i know theres tools out there that just are not worth the money and no point buying them....
 
Regular away and I don't do gas. That's the benefit of living in the sticks, plenty of 28mm/1" copper :) But the 28mm slices are pants.

Love my 28mm slice, great for cutting out gravitys. The ones with deeper serrations are better for gripping. Or irwin slices are good as well, buts bit big.
 
come on its all about pride in your work if you can not the time it taks or hos fast you can get out the door with the most cach
it takes probs 3sec per pipe end big deal its a pride thing with me and how stuff looks if id not have it in my home why should a paying custard??????

I like to know when im on a job iv done it the best i can to the best of my skills As i said its a pride thing with me even if its an extra 30mins at the end of the day cleaning up or or running a rag over the pipe work.
iv seen soo many guys plastering leave snots or not cut lines in clean or scrape up ect it meeses it up for the rest of us

Give it time :D just use webbed abrasive tape on the outside, far quicker and better results.

if your hot about deburring use a pen debur tool and do it properly.
These pipe prep tools only deburr less that a 3rd !! Oh and i have them sat in my tool bag for those LOVELY kitchen gas/grease pipes :)
