hi as anybody had same problem as me vokera unica 28 he 4 year old and hex is leaking in to condense pipe spoke to vokera technical and they say as it been power flushed when fitted it was and drained x new fernox every year any help please

yes it is and it will cost £296 for a fixed price they should last longer than that

Yeah with what they've said they are trying to get out of any replacement typical!

You could get the custard to complain direct to Vokera and see what happens.. Not your issue to be honest! There may be a longer guarantee on the hex? Suggested same to a custard regards a Vaillant and they got it replaced FOC
