As part of deep house renovation, planning to install wet ufh on the ground floor, and radiators on upper floor.

Two bathrooms will have both water based towel warmers and electric ufh, and need dual thermostat to separately control air temp (by running towel warmer) and floor temp.

Need manifold system for radiators and consistent controls (same type thermostats controlling room temperature irrespective of the type of heater - ufh or radiator - used). Thermostats need to be 'smart' - integratable with Alexa/Google.

There is another contractor installing a VRF system (ASHP) that will provide a buffer tank and flow/return pipes for the heating system.

Any takers?
