At the moment my emotions go from anxiety when I walk in the door, fear when I start to work and panic when I need to turn water back on.

I am feeling fear now just thinking about things!!!

Don't you just love schedulers! One gave me 45 mins once to drain down replace bathroom rad refill and test and install new ped and basin. Oh how I laughed!
