JCB work trousers, DeWalt apprentice boots and a grey polo with my company name on it. Seen a few old boys in proper overalls, must get stifling in attics!
 
I wear lee cooper work trousers. Black polo shirt. Need to get embroidered ones but that's an expense at the bottom of the list.

I don't bother with the knee pad inserts anymore. Just use proper knee pads if doing work under floors etc.
Not as expensive as you may think, local sport shop have done me 4 embroidered polos for less than £50, wish I'd done it straight away, looks much more professional.
 
Try and find out who supplies the school uniform in your area, they'll probably knock them out cheaper than places that specialise in workwear.

Going to get some winter gear made up soon as well.
