Which boilers to install in rentals...

He is willing to go down to a 35 and I am thinking of an independent which now has 5yr warranty. Anyone have any experience of these

I do like viessmann but price wise expensive and only give 3yr warranty if not a registered installer I believe. These days I think the long warranties sell em

Any ideas on bog standard smart controls? The guy is doing Air BnB and wants to be able to control from phone. Nothing that looks too fancy though

Screwfix had them for around £100

Have a look at the Vokera range if you want a mid price, new controls link back to Vokera they can do adjustments on line. up to 10 years warranty

Ideal Independent or Logic are an ok midrange boiler. Easy to install.

I have just asked a BG lad and the new hive does give you an outside temp. But he could be wrong.
