I hate baxi 105 gas valves a pig to set - well the one I did was

Set high then low, never had a problem on these before (have done alots of these gas valves)

did you replace an older style gas valve? If so did you replace the plastic elbow on the top for one without the red air adjuster behind the cap?

New style. New elbow. Rid of the old ratio setting one. I've done a pair before no trouble !

If you look on manual should tell you how many turns is for almost correct set on high an then low flame

Nothing in manual, gas valve come with a hoe to set it up, 2. 5 to 2.75 turns from home. Still nothing

Sorted guys. Piece of paper was useless. After much playing about i got the numbers right.
thanks guys!!

Yes i did set them, with the fga in.
High set with the correct turns and fell into the correct co2
high however was two turns off what the data sheet supplied said.

The data sheet on these are just ballpark figures to get it firing, you always have to play about with them with the FGA in to set up correctly.
