Worcester 30 si compact hot water issue

Evening all,
just been to look at this, about a year old. Hot water flow rate is fluctuating, temperature gets there relatively quickly but will shut down cool off and fire up up hence temp fluctuations too at all outlets. Getting a bit of a whistling tune too like an overheat which would figure. Inlet filter is spotless. Thinking restriction somewhere but unusual for a boiler so new. I'm thinking domestic flow switch (turbine) not operating properly. I tried rotating with a screwdriver while I had the filter body out and couldn't turn manually...any other ideas?

Warranty job.... that's if its installed and registered.

+1 on the above dont touch it as will be under warranty if they have filled it out

Referred it back to wb for a warranty call. Curiosity always gets the better of me every time though!

sludged up? lost warranty with most manufacturers but WB will normally repair for free once.

Sludge in the plate would affect hot water performance (temperature) but what about the pressure fluctuations. Or could be its practically boiling in there and is struggling to pass through?
