Hi folks I had a call to go and look at one of these which is apparently leaking water when its used and not when its turned off. Could anyone give me a heads ups before I go and look tomorrow. All I know is that its open vent s plan thanks in advance

Leaking condensate pipe/trap??

I thought about the condensate trap being the only logical thing but they don't appear to have an AAV and I have never even seen one of these before

Only the cdi regulars have aav's dont they, ri only has the quarter turn bleed next to the kebab

Isn't much inside the ri so should be aesy to trace
