    Which boiler - Alpha, Glow-worm, Worcester, Vaillant

    Need a new combination boiler, so far have had two quotes one for an Alpha E-tec Plus 33 and one for a Glow-worm . The glow-worm one said they use the same parts as Vaillant so are as reliable. Are Alpha and Vaillant good alternatives to Worcester and Vaillant?

    Alpha cb24 fan fault or blocked flue

    Hi all. I just want confirmation on my diagnosis of a cb24 fault. Basically pump runs but fan doesn't and no 240v at fan terminals on fan or pcb. So it's a PCB fault? Lights flashing simultaneously which is a flue fault. Alpha technical not answering, only taking messages. Thanks
