    Leak from Vaillant TurboMax Plus 837E pump

    Valiant ecotec plus 831 high/low fire settings

    hi guys, came across my first valiant combi. I couldn't figure out how to get high fire and low fire to check my ratios and co2. There wasn't a manual. Any advice? I'm used to Worcester boilers.

    Quick question about boiler plus

    As part of this boiler plus scheme, you can add 'smart controls' in order to comply. now as i understand it, a heating system you can control from your phone is considered a smart control. so....if you fit a hive wireless stat, along with the boiler your covered. Right?

    Just looking at the gas safe mag about the 4 choices to add for boiler plus regulations. One of the four listed is load compensation, i'm confused.. The boiler does the load compensation with room stat.. Why have they listed something that is already part of the boiler?

    interested in people's thoughts- no chance that any of it is going to be done in my opinion as people are massively price conscious and the chuck it in merchants won't comply making those of us trying to do the job correctly looking even more expensive.
