Have Fitted A Logic Heat 18 boiler with Honeywell ST9420C Wireless enabled programmer and a DT92E Wireless room thermostat.

When put heating on (either continuous or timer) and have room thermostat set to 34 degrees max...the boiler fires gets the rads hot then shuts down (light goes off on programmer, and flame {indicating calling for heat} on thermostat dissapears. All this after about 20 mins. The room temperatre on the thermostat still will only read say 20 degrees. Therefore the the boiler not firing the rads hot & long enough to reach max 34 degrees or so...All rad thermostats are fully open,...

Any thoughts???

Cheers Rich

Not familiar with boiler but have you turned up boiler stat. Sounds like boiler reaching temp. Can you bypass controls to eliminate them?

Cheers for reply fella...am back in van done enough for one day!! Will check tomorrow & see if upping boiler stat helps. Just hate leaving jobs not quite right!!! Still told customer it is summer...kind of!!

Still summer? Where are you? Spain?

Hope you get it sorted quickly on your return. If it's any help, I agree with the boiler stat theory.

If it was the boiler stat the the room stat would still be calling for heat so must be another problem. Either boiler has an air lock or the roomstat is faulty or incorrectly wired somewhere.
