installed a vaillant 637 yesterday, when i did the wiring unfortunately the pcb is burnt, i found a pcb in ebay for good price, but later i realised the part number is 0020052093, this is the old part number, the new part number is 0020132764, this is for sale on other sites, so have i bought the wrong pcb? or it also works for modern vaillant boilers?

many thanks,

considering you have already bought it, there is no harm fitting it. All will be revealed

I don't fit Vaulaint boilers so can't help you M8. Only advice I can give is: If you have a local merchant you source parts from, they may be able to confirm. Alternatively, ring valiant technical dept and ask. Chances are they will insist you use the new version.

Im with stooopid...

Fitted an 837 ecotec and the MI was like crypton factor.

I doubt it as they changed to the mk2 model a year or so back. As above a call to tech help will confirm.
