Charging for boiler fault finding

Did it melt? If it did, when I had it the pcb had gone. Occasionally firing regardless of what the ntc,s were saying.

No mate looked ok until compared to new one.larger diameter part of venturi was shorter on old one as if it had worn down.

That is weird!

I know mate had me puzzled. Only thing I can think of is boiler flue faces out onto a field ontop of a hill possible ware from dust in the wind.
