Haha I'd pay money to see that. I once watched one of those scruffy terriers like the one on the Walls advert, run up to a family picnic'ing in the park and grab a load of food running away swiftly as the owner stupidly chased it around the park... And there's me with my staffy both sat, chilled out and laughing (me, not my dog) lol

It was funny, it was even mentioned on 6 music, I email in sometimes i'll see if I can find it, it was only last week.

You expect the custard to know what a condensing boiler is? Lol most of the tenants I go see don't even know where there boiler is and its hung on a wall in the kitchen right next to the sink!!!!
