i am launching a new filter on the 1st of november, this filter will capture magnetic and non-magnetic particles. You can see this on our holding page until the website is finished off .
www.trappex.co.uk ,any questions contact me on [email protected].
10000 gauss magnet , 5 dirt separators ,service without dismantling ,dosing point via a funnel.
A animated video will be launched in the next few weeks .
Glad to see that you have openly published the gauss strength of your magnet - although is it 10000 or 9500 as per the website?
Some time back, I tried to find out what gauss strength magnets other magnetic system filters use - the companies were not forthcoming with this information!
The killer on price is the magnet , the rare neodymuim magnet is very expensive but even though we are manufacturing in the uk , we will be very competitive .
If you go onto the website holding page and email your details , we will send a sample out in mid november
Neodymium magnets are good as they maintain their strength for a longer period of time but as you say are very expensive! For this reason, I believe some companies are reducing the size of their magnets to lower manufacturing costs (Magnaclean & Fernox).
