Grundfos UPS2 - Proportional Pressure Mode?

Would appreciate your thoughts on this.......

Should the Grundfos UPS2 that has recently been installed to my system be run using one of the proportional pressure modes? The old Grundfos pump didn't have this has an option and ran on setting 3.
