The only items I would need for that kind of job are a can of petrol some matches and a fast van.I've had a few like that. One the kitchen was so greasy that I put disposable coveralls on to work and chucked them in the customers dustbin when I left. Job was supposed to be a two day job but I got it done in a day so i wouldn't have to go back. Another the bathroom floor was covered in dried cat poos. On with the disposables and swept it into a pile in the corner. Used the cardboard from the boiler to kneel down on.

Perhaps I should list it as a cleansing by fire service.

A chap called me earlier in a panic. He'd had a go at repairing the ball valve in the CWS tank bless him. He couldn't work out why the water was worse since he fixed it....

People actually making use of that bathroom? [emoji27]
Cylinder change I did today.
The electrics had been bodged together and the 15mm vent pipe terminated above the tank lid so there was a lovely puddle on top of the tank.
What about the roof truss!!!! or lack of, I hope you lads don't do this if the tank won't fit, Jeez
Yeh on would have thought for safety - they would have extended them to rest on the tank and support the roof 😱
