Beautiful 15mm condensate complete with termination in void space between brickwork. Class!
 
Is it easily accessible? Does I need/have compartment ventilation? If yes shouldn't be a problem on cp12 as long as fluing gas checks are ok, discharge comes under building regs.

No access isn't easy, not sure if it needs compartment vent didn't bother getting that far, boiler turned off until cupboard is removed for good.

it was a gas appliance in an industrial unit at a bowling alley,The thing was as big as my van. the combustion chamber had been previosly badly welded and cracked all over the place letting heat and fumes get into the air side, bet nobody got a strike cos of the co. funny cos the owner was really p****d i turned it off proper.
