I customer of mine once insisted on keeping the old cylinder as 'it could be re-used'. Wonder if he ever found the pin hole leak i drilled into it?

Room Sealed Ideal Mini installed into existing twin wall flue. Installed in compartment with ducted high low ventilation from previous open flue boiler.
New flue pushed up into twin wall with open end. Plate of Aluminium to seal between fresh air and POC.
Couldn't believe what I was seeing when I opened the door.

Its an Ideal vertex flue. It comes like that.
The draught break should be in the loft space and you need to do a spillage test on it if you see one (fitted properly)
