How do you spot time wasters?

I won't be back there mate. Both idiots and couldn't even work an ISO when they had a flood a year or so ago

I always tell my customers how to isolate the water supply and different valves and how to close and open the stop tap,
They all seem really impressed that I go to the effort of telling them but it more likely just goes in one ear and out the other

I did a Landlords certificate for my sister, who unlike me has degrees and lots of posh qualifications.
When I told her how much I usually get for them, she said 'it's money for old rope'
