do i have to notify moving a boiler? its in the same room literally moved from either side of a corner so it goes in with the run of cupboards boiler is under 2 years old

I've just registered 3 boilers tonight, all it asks is what type of room is it in? Doesn't matter if it's in the left, the right hanging off the ceiling, don't worry and don't bother. Just make sure it's up to scratch.

I think you do notify if you move from one room to another but if its in the same room i personally wouldn't bother

Iirc doesn't state on cert which room boiler is in, I believe the ask which room for compliance with part P, notification is required if in kitchen etc.
I wouldn't bother Steve, where ever you put it

building regs told me there was no need when doing a move around a room

Aparantly if it's in a new part of the building, as in extension. It has to be condensing and registered.
