New Boiler

Hi,

I need to replace my combi boiler with a new boiler and unvented cylinder. Which boiler do you prefer Worcester Bosch or Vaillant?

Which unvented cylinder do you rate, Megaflo or other?

Thanks! Who is the supplier for the "other" unvented cylinder that you would recommend? I only know of Megaflo.

Not keen on Vaillant,the company more than the boiler and now I hear Worcester have sank low and started selling their boilers in B&Q,so am kicking them out of the window..so going for 'other'

I hear a lot of people are rating the Ideals. Why? How old are they now? Have they got a proven record yet, what's the back up like?

Vaillant and other. Unfortunately this is one of those threads where you'll get about 20 different answers. Everyone has their preferred make. It's not to say the others are right or wrong but it's what that installer has confidence in and knows. Vaillant and WB are regarded as good household names. I personally fit lots of Vaillant and Ideal units so there is my comfort zone
