Good stuff, can work much quicker when you're not thinking about inhabitants. Water off, gas off, heating drained etc for as long as you need with no complaints - these are the best jobs.

I'm based in West Yorkshire. I learnt from my mistakes as a labourer tried to walk all over me but I told him on your bike.

Price seems fair to me. You'll struggle to stich drill a wall that thick, unless you've got some really long bits. Hire the fight gear, it'll save you so much time.

Your price sound fair to me. I would get labourer for holes also on jobs lije that when you start to get to the end you are fed up and want off the job and paid. The labourer would reduce the stress and the rubbish jobs like coring etc are their responsibility.

a what lol. Havent bought a core drill yet so would either have to be stitch drill or rent one. Its one reason i considered sharing the load with another gsr.
this is one :)

It's amazing how much more effort is required when you have loads of extensions on

Doesn't matter now but maybe for the future give a specialist company a call for a price to drill the holes.

I did a job on an old listed building, stone walls looked a nightmare, to make it worse the Architect was pain,
I subbed out all the holes for waste pipes etc to a company in Dublin called Hole Masters.

Having seen the amount of damage the walls did to their equipment they couldn't have made money and I
certainly saved big time.

Thats true Roger. The more extensions the more strain on the gun for some reason.

Thats also true Pete. Sometimes you just know before you start its better to sub something out.

Btw it is about £80 - 100 a hole if you sub it.

Thanks guys as i say someone has beaten my price anyway but i dont know by how much but i took into consideration the tools needed potential damage and the time.

This is something you have to learn to deal with, because it will happen repeatedly. It is hard but as long as you get enough work, it's ok.
