Vaillant Programmer VRT 360

Prior to installing this programmer with the Vaillant ecoTec Plus 937
boiler could you please explain the following functions which are not
clear from your installation manual.

1. By turning the mode dial I can change from Auto to Heating (then on
constant). This will allow heating to be on outside timed periods?

2. Party Function (odd name) selecting turns heating on outside timed
period until next timed period (timer override) is this correct?

3. Two-Point/Analogue? O. CH water at selected temperature. 1. CH
water at lower temperature when possible to aid condensing. Is this
correct?

4. Temperature level? Is this room temp. or water temp. O is off what
is off. 1 is on what is on. please clarify.

Not the answer your looking for JMJ but I have installed 2 of these now, one has been replaced after 4mnths as the custard just could not get on with it I went back 7 times to run through just the basics with them, she was pushing the control wheel aswell as turning it which brings up other sub menus which in conjunction with the turning alters all the preset things Id set up, Ive ended up just fitting an mechanical time switch and a simple dial wall thermosta.The other custard is an It expert and gadget freak, he loves it!
Problem is that it can be used with alot of Vaillant boilers so some of the features it has might not be relavent to your boiler, I can only just about navigate them.
I will continue fitting Vaillant products, but I wont be fitting another VRT360.
Vaillant actually do a half day course to familarise installers etc with thier controls.
