    Chances are the booster system isn’t designed for total load or is starting to fail eg pump seals etc

    Correct if manufacturers list the appliance as commercial then needs the commercial qualification hence why about 10 years ago a few manufacturers re listed a few models to large domestic because they were loosing sales

    Easy way to remember he’s ok on the boilers unless the manufacturer lists them as commercial but if you ever have to claim through his Insurance it’s invalidated He can’t touch the gas line due to out of scope Might be worth a chat to see if he’s willing to get the commercial qualification

    No the key does nothing but divert the water into the boiler The left white hex turns the water on or off to the filling loop Only if you leave the left white hex open / undone

    Correct once one bar or foot and no water is draining via drain tap Remove foot pump close drain tap and re pressurise boiler as you normally would do if pressure is low

    Keep draining while you pump up and wait until the water stops then pump some more until you have no water coming out and the shrader gauge says 1 bar

    That’s fine just use home runs (no joints other than manifold or rad) and mark each pair back to a central spot

    Measure and level the top brackets and hang the rad then mark the bottom ones once level and happy
