    Kitchen sink waste too high

Hello, I'm reposting as my post was taken down. I have a double sink in my kitchen that doesn't drain well due to the waste pipe being too high. Before having the waste pipe moved, which will be a mission, I thought I'd look into all options possible. Many thanks.

High efficiency pumps and programmers, beware.

Today i fitted a new lifestyle 112 on a gravity system, and I couldn't stop power going to the pump. Rang lifestyle, and the draw from the pump fuses the programmer into constant power to the pump. A resistors required! I fitted the pump three months ago, oh joy.

    high level WC downpipe

Hi, I have a situation whereby the cistern of a close coupled WC won't sit on the wall where I'd like it to go, so I'm looking for an alternative solution. The wall in question was originally an external wall and so the end of a nice thick slate window sill (which I don't want to damage)...

Condensation coming from flue, high ratios, new install

Just installed an ideal logic I-mini and condensation seems to be coming from the flue, also the ratios it's giving off are high 0009. I've checked the boiler (heat exchanger, condensate trap) but to no avail. I was thinking it could be the gas valve. Any suggestions? Thanks
