ariston microgenus not seeing detection

finding this more and more with ariston microgenuses the burner lights,it keeps sparking because the pcb is not seeing flame detection then it go,s to reset the only thing you can do is a continuity test on the detection and electrode and lead and of course check for revered polarity but failing that its new pcb time and they are not cheap the entire range use the thermowatt cmp series the only difference between outputs and se/he is the plug in microprosesor anyone else seeing the same fault?

i am aware of the board with the tiny stick on microprocessors a right pain in the neck from memory not clear and not cheap. fortunately havnt come across a spate of them yet but will now know the cause lol
