Once my mrs has cooked one up theres no way of telling whats meat and what's crust!

She is not by any chance related to my missus, is she? If you ask mine to boil an egg, she will 'toast' it? Intact, the best way to know she is cooking is the smoke alarm going off and burning smell all over the house. WTF.
 
I get Xmas day and Boxing Day off. First time being on the cards at Xmas which is a shock to the system but its nice knowing I've got work to go to tbh. On call NYE but haven't been out on NYE since my kids were born anyway, it's always a big let down where you have to pay a score just to get in your local
