Just had a pants poo moment referencing back to this !!!

The ESP rang me about 30 mins ago (wales west utilities round here) saying the water heater has started blowing steam out the taps!!!!!

The lady who lives in the house went into panic mode and got out the ESP first thought gas leak , but nah water pressure in the area is around 12 bar and has now shafted the water heater .

Been asked to go back in morning now and sort this one out proper poo'd myself lol
 
Better change those underpants hammers and get back to your relaxing Sunday evening....oh the joys of being a plumber!

Told you stupid water pressure ! some places around Tavistock over 14bar, blows electric showers apart, plays up ball valves / taps, had two in Ivybridge , one shower the other caused major damage, blew the main stopcock off, but you wont get water board to admit there is a problem ,
