Nah. It was a quoted service in a school. Remedials go in a report back to the office for them to issue a quote.

Unless it affects safety or operation in which case it'd be an immediate remedial.

I know its probably a long debated topic, but isn't the plastic potentially popping of and spraying red hot water out a concern for safety?

If you're referring to the corrugated pipe, it's a condense.

The safety discharge pipe was well clipped and secure.

Mmm. They're down to be replaced with compression or yorkshires owing to the fact they're bloody ugly.

The same thing (in the same place) which says 'lets put in a super mega-sized gas water heater and 100 gallon storage cylinder (which heats up in 3 mins from cold!!!) to serve several basins and a couple of sinks, don't bother to insulate the pipes because it'll keep the factory warm, oh, and while we're at it stick in a couple of booster sets to feed some washdown hoses but chuck in a couple of 100 gallon storage break tanks to feed them with electric immersion heaters to keep the water hot after they've come off the hot water system' :dead:

least its nice and easy to fix :D

Why?:dunce:

I'm not sure what goes through some people's minds when they get their tools out.

Cos they just had to find a use for that 135deg 40mm tee they have had in their box for years !!!
O dear it doesn't quite fit, still never mind close enough.

PS. is the air brick some kind of weir overflow or perhaps it's an extract system which removes the foul smells coming from the gully transports them safely under the house & out the other side ?
