The Scotland thing cracks me up,

They knew we were having a referendum before they had a referendum, their referendum was in our referendum was out. They don't like the result of the referendum so want another referendum because of the referendum.

Laughable utterl laughable

seriously though, i dont see how it will work, its like being adrift in a dingy!. or will they turn the other way?

The young people of the country let themselves and their future down by not voting.

Edinburgh voted leave (I believe)

If you voted out then, You are a low earner of limited intelligence and a racist! (so I`ve heard) and one lady on Mumsnet posted "These people shouldn`t of been allowed to vote!" She was shot down in flames down though. lol

I also noted the City of London voted out. For those not aware the City of London is separate from London.

City of London was actually one of the highest remain votes with 75% vote for remain.

there was 3 types of voters..
those that had enough voted out, period
the ones in the city & high conservative regions who are calculists or holders of degrees.
& those who floated down stream with the remain camp as their peirs, collegues or bosses told them to do so.

given the results, the remain would loose more support if it was re voted!

i have a degree btw.lol

The voting demographic says otherwise.

And you get people like this one:
EU Referendum 2016 - Vote Remain or Leave - Unused Ballot Paper. | eBay

It goes:

'I’m 53 and have always voted.

I want to vote today, but can’t.

I’ve listened to hours of discussion, talked endlessly to friends and read countless articles about this referendum. I am so completely confused by it all that I have no idea whether it would be best for Britain – and Europe – for us to be inside or outside of the European Union.

I care – very much – about our country, and Europe, which is why I’ve driven to the polling station today to register my sense of frustration and distress that I am unable to come to a sensible decision about how to vote.

May those, with greater understanding than I, prevail.'

Don't forget the scum of the earth as one of my ex girlfriends from school said on Facebook.

I was tempted to post if you had of posted about your situation before the vote then the other 51.9% would of obviously voted differently because you can't keep your legs together.

But I thought better of getting into a slanging match with even more uneducated people than myself. I do however feel better for saying it now. Lol.

can anyone advise?

if scotland has a new referendum and decide to leave the u.k to remain in the e.u, can they afford it?
surley the u.k will not give any 'donations' to an e.u country!

btw, on the way out can the last one leaving make sure the back door is locked john. :)

Sturgeon says she reserves the right to call another referendum, not that she is calling one. She would never win one and knows it and is just taking through the hole in her rse.
Why would anyone want to vote to leave Britain then vote to jump back in with the Germans. The SNP do cos they will need the grants after they turn us into a 3rd world country.

Btw i voted out.

thats about my reckoning tam, wasnt sure if i was being synical about it!
quite simply i have said to my knowledge. scotland cannot afford to be in the eu and have very little to offer independently. think mrs crankeys going out on a limb there!

Scotland cant remain in the EU. They would have to apply for inclusion once they were independent. As far as I'm aware.

But if that's what people want, then go for it.

Lot of political posturing at the minute that all seems like bull. But I'm just a very drunk Yorkshireman :)

We the undersigned call upon HM Government to implement a rule that if the remain or leave vote is less than 60% based a turnout less than 75% there should be another referendum.

They should of employed a proof reader, on that basis alone this petition should be dismissed.
