I have a insurance job to try and rescue a poorly installed quad shower the customer wants to save the tiling if possible and has a few spare so fingers crossed it may work , the loss adjuster allowed em £1500 that will just about cover materials. Kop

Yes, seems to be lots of baxi supplied filters popping off on the baxi facebook group.
Everyone is putting a zip tie round them.
Not on Facebook. That’s rubbish. Fitted one the other day on a new Baxi system boiler. May go back and check it.

That slate looks good.

Can you tell me where you get that stair nosing and cost, I’ve got to tile some steps in a shop and they want nosing like that but I’ve never got it before.

Cheers

How did you get on with the epoxy stuff Mate ?? It's looking good surprising how long it takes to do a class job

I used it just in the tray area. I used really hot water to clean up and it went better than I thought it would.

The normal groutings been the pain. Leaves little bubbles that wont shift or fill in. Have to wait until set then rub more grout into the holes. I've tried thinner grout and thicker, the thicker mix is slightly better.

I believe that’s caused by too much water on your cleaning sponge

Could well be. I just put it down to the tiles only being 5mm thick as well.

Home for two and half weeks. Plus late nights on the mosaics plus covering for a mate who's flying to Dubai wednesday for a week to pick his daughter up.
